Scope
Direction 01 · Europe → China
Source from China
For European SMEs, brands, importers and product companies looking for manufacturing or supply in China. We turn a product requirement into comparable supplier conversations and clear terms.

What the work covers
From specification to pilot order
Defining the requirement
Specifications, materials, quality expectations, target pricing, packaging needs and realistic volumes, written down before any supplier is approached.
Identifying relevant suppliers
A shortlist of manufacturers or suppliers that plausibly match the category, process and volume described in the brief.
Initial qualification
Structured qualification questions and collection of business registration and company documents, so the shortlist can be compared on a common basis.
RFQ and term coordination
Structured RFQs and coordination of unit price, MOQ, lead time, Incoterms and payment terms so quotations can be read side by side.
Samples and comparison
Sample requests, sample logistics coordination and a written comparison of what each supplier actually delivered against the brief.
Production and order follow-up
Where agreed, ongoing communication with the supplier and follow-up on order milestones through to shipment readiness.
Limits
What TE Advisory does not do
Every enquiry is accepted only after a product, territory, compliance and feasibility review. Supplier capability, pricing and timelines are confirmed case by case and are never guaranteed in advance.
