Cross-border sourcing & trade coordination

One workflow, in both directions

Procurement consulting and supplier coordination organised around one method, whether the requirement runs from Europe to China or from China to Europe: define it precisely, find realistic counterparties, open direct conversations and compare terms honestly.

  1. 01

    Sourcing Brief & Product Requirements

We write down the category, specification, materials, quality expectations, packaging needs, target price and realistic volumes. A precise brief is what makes later comparison possible.

  2. 02

    Supplier / Brand Search

We build a shortlist of manufacturers, suppliers or brands that plausibly match the brief: Chinese suppliers for European buyers, European brands and factories for Chinese and Hong Kong buyers.

  3. 03

    Initial Qualification & Direct Outreach

Structured qualification questions, collection of business and company documents, and direct outreach so both sides talk to each other transparently rather than through a closed channel.

  4. 04

RFQ, MOQ, Pricing & Term Comparison

We manage structured RFQs and the exchange of unit pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, Incoterms and payment expectations, then present them so offers can be read side by side.

  5. 05

    Samples and Documentation Coordination

Sample requests, sample logistics coordination and a written comparison against the brief, alongside collection of the commercial documents each side needs.

  6. 06

Pilot Order & Ongoing Supply Coordination

Support in shaping a first pilot order covering quantities, terms and milestones, plus supplier follow-up and, where agreed, continued commercial coordination as the relationship develops.

Logistics and customs

Coordinated through appointed partners

We coordinate freight quotations, document handover and delivery-status follow-up. We coordinate logistics and customs-clearance arrangements through qualified partners appointed for the project. TE Advisory is not itself a licensed customs broker, freight carrier, inspection company, certification body or legal adviser, and we do not guarantee clearance, delivery dates or regulatory approval.

Additional commercial support

Project-specific, on request

These are secondary capabilities. They are scoped per project and are not part of every engagement.

A

Market research and analysis

Structured review of demand signals, comparable products, price levels and channel structure for a defined category and territory.

B

Market entry consulting

Advisory support on positioning, realistic commercial expectations and a staged plan before a supplier or buyer commits resources.

C

Distribution and channel assessment

Assessment of the distribution and channel options open to a category, including what each channel typically requires of a supplier.

TE Advisory is a service of Trinity Enterprises AB, Sweden, providing commercial advisory and sourcing coordination.
