How we handle business contact data

1. Controller

Trinity Enterprises AB, organisation number 559506-1556, registered in Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@teadvisory.se, and our registered postal address is provided on request to the same address.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to enter in our enquiry forms, typically your name, company, work email, country or location, website, and the commercial details of your enquiry such as product category, channels, target pricing, volumes and delivery destination, together with your message.

We ask you not to submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information through the website forms.

3. Why we process it

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can support the request, and carry out the commercial consulting and sourcing coordination work you ask for.

4. Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, our lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and, for the resulting business correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding to business-to-business contact (Article 6(1)(f)). Where an engagement is agreed, we process data for the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and to meet Swedish accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

5. Storage and processors

When you submit a sourcing brief, the information in the form is sent by email to contact@teadvisory.se, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you entered. The brief is not stored in a separate customer database on this website. Processing therefore involves our website hosting provider, our transactional email provider and our business email provider, each acting as a processor under a data processing agreement. Where a processor operates outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, so that we can follow up an earlier discussion, and is deleted after that unless an engagement is agreed. Where an engagement is agreed, records that form part of our accounting documentation are kept for seven years as required by the Swedish Accounting Act. You can ask us to erase your enquiry earlier at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

8. Language preference

This website is available in English and Swedish. When you choose a language, that choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is a functional preference only: it contains no personal identifier and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

If you have not chosen a language, we select one from information your browser already provides: its preferred language setting and its timezone. We do not currently use IP-based geolocation and we do not send your IP address to any geolocation provider for this purpose. If a first-party country signal from our own hosting or CDN configuration is enabled in future, this section will be updated before it is used.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics or marketing cookies, and it does not embed third-party tracking scripts. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, this section and a consent mechanism will be added at the same time.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our systems and services change. The current version always appears on this page.
