Privacy Policy

How we handle business contact data

This policy explains what personal data Trinity Enterprises AB, which provides the TE Advisory service, collects through this website, why we process it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Items marked “to be confirmed before launch” are technical details that depend on the systems TE Advisory puts in place. They are intentionally not stated here rather than guessed, and must be completed before this site goes live.

1. Controller

Trinity Enterprises AB, organisation number 559506-1556, registered in Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. A postal address and contact mailbox for privacy requests is to be confirmed before launch.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to enter in our enquiry forms, typically your name, company, work email, country or location, website, and the commercial details of your enquiry such as product category, channels, target pricing, volumes and delivery destination, together with your message.

We ask you not to submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information through the website forms.

3. Why we process it

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can support the request, and carry out the commercial consulting and sourcing coordination work you ask for.

4. Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, our lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and, for the resulting business correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding to business-to-business contact (Article 6(1)(f)). Where an engagement is agreed, we process data for the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and to meet Swedish accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

5. Storage and processors

At present this website does not transmit form submissions to any backend service. The forms confirm your input in the browser only. The hosting provider, email service, CRM or storage processors used once submission is connected are to be confirmed before launch, along with any transfer of data outside the EU/EEA and the safeguards applied to it.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above, and longer where Swedish law requires it for accounting records. The specific retention periods per category of data are to be confirmed before launch rather than stated approximately here.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

8. Language preference

This website is available in English and Swedish. When you choose a language, that choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it on your next visit. It is a functional preference only: it contains no personal identifier and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

If you have not chosen a language, we select one from information your browser already provides: its preferred language setting and its timezone. We do not currently use IP-based geolocation and we do not send your IP address to any geolocation provider for this purpose. If a first-party country signal from our own hosting or CDN configuration is enabled in future, this section will be updated before it is used.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. If cookies or analytics are introduced, this section and a consent mechanism must be added before launch.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our systems and services change. The current version always appears on this page.
