TE Advisory is a service of Trinity Enterprises AB, Sweden, focused on cross-border sourcing and commercial coordination. We help each side translate a commercial requirement into clearer supplier conversations, comparable terms and a workable next step.
How we work
Our work is cross-border sourcing and trade coordination: turning an intention into a written brief, a brief into a short list of realistic counterparties, and a discussion into terms that both sides can read the same way. We prefer a small number of well-prepared conversations over broad outreach.
We stay inside our scope. TE Advisory provides commercial consulting and sourcing coordination, not freight forwarding, customs brokerage, importing of record, legal advice or certification. We coordinate logistics and customs-clearance arrangements through qualified partners appointed for the project, and we do not guarantee clearance, delivery dates or regulatory approval.
We also say no. Where a category, territory or price expectation does not appear workable, we would rather decline the engagement than manage an outcome that was never plausible.

Trinity Enterprises AB, which provides TE Advisory, also operates VyPack, a B2B packaging brand serving European business customers. Through VyPack, we work directly with European buyers while coordinating specifications, quotations and supplier communication with production partners in China. This gives our sourcing work a practical buyer-side perspective.
